BC- Parking problems…we don’t have no parking problems….
‘Veteran parking enforcement Officer Isabelle Dourbecker has gone so far as to employ a trick of her own.
“I put walnuts next to the tire,” she said. “They’ll tell me I can’t give them a ticket because I didn’t mark the tire. Then I point to the walnut.”‘
